The First Annual Patricia Young Memorial Golf Tournament will be held Saturday, September 21 at Oakmore Golf Course. 
You don't need to be a golfer to support with this fundraising effort. 
If you would like to contribute as a sponsor, your support will be recognized and prominently displayed
during the tournament and on this website.  
For your sign you may choose your family name, business name
or even create a memorial to honor a loved one.

There are three levels of sponsorship:

The Jim Culberson Memorial Silver $300
The Patricia Young Memorial Bronze $200
